Hello everyone
Todays project is a cute mini album.
I actually made this when I heard that a family member had gone to India for a holiday.
I thought it would be useful to add a few photographs, tickets and add some memories too.
The paper I used was the Tropical Oasis paper
Here is my mini album
The measurements are:
Cover - Old Olive: 4 1/8" x 8 1/2"
Concertina and inside pages - Very Vanilla: 4 1/4" x 8 1/2", 4" x 8" (4 pieces)
Inserts for inside pages - Old Olive: 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" (3 pieces)
Designer series paper for cover: 4" x 4" (4 pieces)
Designer series paper for inside pages: 3 7/8" x 3 7/8" (6 pieces)
Very Vanilla - scrap to punch Label me Lovely
To make:
Score Very Vanilla 4" x 8" card on long side at 1", 2", 3", 4", 5", 6" and 7"
Fold and burnish, into a concertina (starting with a valley, then 3 mountains and a valley fold
Score Very Vanilla 3 pieces of 4" x 8" card peices on long side at 4", fold and burnish and add a very fine bead glue to bottom edge
With the open side atttach each piece to either side of the concertina, missing the first, and last.. this will make 3 pages. Make sure that you have the remaining open side at the top
To make the cover, score Old Olive on long side at 4 1/8", 4 3/8"
Wrap the cover and attach to the remaining parts of the concertina
Add designer series paper to the the cover inside and out,
Punch with a 1 1/2" circle punch at the top of inside pages
Punch Label me Lovely from Very Vanilla card. Stamp with Sentiment
Attach to the front cover
That's it... it takes a little while, but its worth it, I think.
