July is Watercolour Month with Nature's Prints

When Stampin' Up! told us that this month is Watercolour month... well.. I thought what's that?  Google of course, soon told me.  Its a world wide thing apparently.

Here is a really simple watercolour technique using Stampin' Up! products.

Grab a cuppa and watch this short video

Those of you that know me know that I can't draw a straight line!!  That's why I love Stampin' Up! stamps... its easy to choose a stamp and apply it and hey presto, I have a card!!

Here is a card I made using this technique.. I love it and am definitely going to try it with some if my other stamps

For this card, I used Pool Party and Granny Apple Green Stampin' Write markers and then stamped the image with Garden Green.

Why don't you have a go, all you need are some markers, a block and a spritzer to make the background, then your chosen stamps and ink and some card of course.

Below is a list of products that could be used to make a card like this, in case you would like to add them to your crafty stash.

If you don't have any markers, how about purchasing the Subtles set.. this one includes  Pear Pizzazz and Pool Party , plus you would have loads of other colours to try this technique out.

Happy Crafting!

Wendy
