Stampin' Up! Daffodil Daydream card for Piglets meeting

Today I have a simple fancy fold card for you.

On Thursday afternoons, the Crafty Piglets meet via Zoom and the meeting usually includes a crafty project that we make together

Here is the sample I made.
I've used the new Daffodil Daydream stamp set and teamed it up with FREE Sale-a-bration papers that coordinate perfectly!

I call this a pillar card... but I am sure others have made similar cards but have called them something else.

Supplies needed:

Card base
Card: 11-3/4" (A4 long)  x 5-7/8"
Paper: 2-1/4" x 5-5/8"
Basic white card piece: 5" x 2" (for writing your greeting onto

To make:

Score the card on long side at
2-1/2", 5", 5-1/4", 7-3/4" , 10-1/4" 10-1/2"
Fold and burnish all score lines
Fold flat and glue to make a tube
Add your designer series paper to each side
Create a card mat with sentiment and add to front of card,
Note: lay a thin line of glue down middle of card to attach your mat.
Add piece of Basic White/Very Vanilla card to back of pillar where a greeting can be added.

Here is the version, I made during our get together.
For this version, I used Old Olive card, Pansy Petals paper and pansy flower die cut (all from the Annual Catalogue).  The die cut leaf is from the Tropical Leaves die set and th sentiment is from the Artfully layered stamp set that is part of the bundle also from new mini catalogue)

I also made a version that would fit into our normal C6 envelope.

Supplies:
Card base: 11-3/4" (A4 long) x 4-1/8" scored at exactly the same points as the larger version

I forgot to say, you will need to add a white card piece to one of the reverse sides for a greeting

That's all for now
Happy Crafting!
Wendy
