My swaps for OnStage were some fancy fold tea bag holders that I cased from Darby Whitier, whose blog is Rejoice and Create.
I made 45 of them using various Designer Series Papers from the Annual and Autumn/Winter catalogue and I swapped all of them! Yay!!
Here are some instructions
Start with a 6" x 6 peice of designer series paper. For this sample I used a peice of Frosty Floral designer series paper and stamped Gray Granite.
On each side fold edge to the horizontal line.
Open out and fold in half, fold so that corner meets central fold line. Repeat on all four sides. Fold corner to edge on all sides.
Open out and reverse fold on all lines.
Re fold on all lines, making pockets on each corner, by pushing in the sides and folding on diagonal fold line.
Here is a diagram to show all the fold lines
I tucked a tea bag behind the folds.
I then created a 3" x 3" card which I decorated with a pearlised doily with a layer of coloured card behind it, and stamped 'From me to you' onto a circle of whisper white ink and added to the centre of the doily.
The finished card was placed into the folds.
Thank you for visiting my blog today, and for those who I swapped with Thank You for swapping with me.

I just found your site and love the name! I do almost all my crafting on a lapboard myself while watching TV. In the process of clearing an area in my bedroom to spread out a little more.
ReplyDeleteHello Barbara, sorry for the delay in responding. Am glad you found me and its nice to know I am not the only one who crafts whilst watching the TV. I hope you will visit again.
