The bow tie has been made using the Stampin' Up! bow-maker punch, but I didn't attach the wings.
One of the wings was trimmed to make the handkerchief in the pocket, so they matched.
The waistcoat was run through an embossing machine to give it some texture.
The waistcoat and pockets were fixed using Tombo glue.
I used the Pine Tree punch to cut out the neckline and cut out at the bottom of the vest.
The buttons were printed and then cut out using a half inch punch and shaped to make it look like a button.
